• U.S. Agent services;
• FDA registration support;
• Responsible Person (RP) support;
• Import and shipment compliance support, including Prior Notice submissions;
• International business structure guidance;
• Regulatory consulting and compliance support.
Certain services may require separate agreements or onboarding documentation.
For U.S. Agent services, an additional service agreement containing the client company information may be sent separately for signature and activation of representation services.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all information, documents, labels, registrations, formulas, shipment details, and regulatory data submitted to M.R. Global Expansion LLC.
M.R. Global Expansion LLC shall not be responsible for delays, refusals, holds, detentions, penalties, or regulatory actions resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information provided by the client or third parties.
NO LEGAL ADVICE
M.R. Global Expansion LLC does not provide legal services or legal representation. Any information provided through this website or through our services is intended for regulatory support and informational purposes only.
Clients are encouraged to consult qualified legal counsel regarding legal matters, contracts, intellectual property, tax obligations, or litigation matters.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Service fees, subscription fees, and annual representation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, registrations have been submitted, representation services have been activated, or regulatory processing has started.
Subscription and annual representation services may require renewal to remain active.
